I enjoy target shooting. In Boy Scouts, I took up the challenge of earning medals and moving my way up in the Sharpshooter program (using the 22 LR single shot bolt action rifle my Dad had when he was a kid). The target above was my best on a recent pistol shooting outing: 7 yards with an Iver Johnson Trailsman 22 LR pistol with open sights.
A while back, someone gave me an Iver Johnson Trailsman TM22PB to repair. I was astounded to discover that there was VERY little on the Internet about this nice 22 LR gun.
